Booking Prices

The cost of a booking is determined by the Driving Instructor and may vary based on the chosen Driving Instructor.

All prices and Discounts in this policy are based on hourly bookings.

The Learner will be informed of the total price for each booking and must confirm the price before any payment is made to the Driving Instructor.

Discount:

When a Learner pays for multiple booking hours in a single transaction, a discount may be applied as follows:

0 to 5 booking hours: 0% discount per hour. When you book individual hours or less than 5 hours.

5 to 9 booking hours: 5% discount per hour. Book a minimum of 5 hours in a single transaction to receive a 5% discount per hour.

10+ booking hours: 10% discount per hour. Book a minimum of 10 hours in a single transaction to receive a 10% discount per hour.

Discounts apply to the price at the time of purchase and are not guaranteed for future bookings. All lesson package sales are non-refundable or exchangeable for any other service.

All lessons bought have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of purchase due to pricing conditions that exist at the time of sale.

Discount Bands apply regardless of changes in Driving Instructors.

Payments:

All lessons are to be paid in full in advance at the time of the booking.

Lesson credits are lessons purchased by way of packaged lessons such as 5 hours or 10 hours.

Once you have paid for a lesson package, you can book a lesson with any of our instructors. The payment will be deducted from your credit.

We do not reserve lesson spaces without payment being made in full.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made by the Learner within 24 hours of the lesson are deemed late cancellations. In this case, the instructor may charge the Learner for the full booking amount or cancel the payment and allow the Learner to reschedule without a fee.

For late cancellations, the Driving Instructor is entitled to a Late Cancellation Fee.

All individual lessons are non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided to cancel or reschedule a lesson. You must cancel or reschedule a lesson via your online account at www.safelearners.com.au

Non-attendance of a lesson will be treated as a cancellation
